:We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Hostel Warden to join our residential education team. The ideal candidate will act as a dormitory parent, ensuring a protected, supportive, and nurturing environment for the students.The warden will play a vital role in caring for students as a second parent, overseeing their physical and emotional well-being, supporting their education and development, and maintaining discipline within the hostel premises. She will also be responsible for managing and supervising the hostel service staff.





Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a guardian and mentor to the students residing in the hostel.

- Ensure the safety, health, hygiene, and overall discipline in the hostel.

- Provide emotional support and maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

- Monitor daily routines, student attendance, and hostel schedules.

- Handle any issues related to student conduct, grievances, and conflicts.

- Maintain proper communication with school authorities and parents when necessary.

- Supervise hostel staff and ensure cleanliness, security, and order are upheld at all times.
