Job Summary

CLIO Eye Care Hospital is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to strengthen our referral network and increase community outreach. The role involves meeting doctors and healthcare professionals, organizing eye screening camps, and building partnerships with corporates, schools, RWAs, and local organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit general physicians, physicians, diabetologists, pediatricians, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals to develop referral relationships.
- Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with doctors and clinics in Gurugram and nearby areas.
- Plan and coordinate free eye screening camps, corporate eye check-up camps, school eye camps, and community outreach programs.
- Generate patient referrals through field marketing activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and institutional tie-ups.
- Promote the hospital's services, including Cataract Surgery, LASIK, Retina, Cornea, Glaucoma, and Comprehensive Eye Care.
- Submit daily visit reports and achieve monthly outreach targets.
- Represent the hospital professionally and maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements




- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare, or Life Sciences preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital, healthcare, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or medical field marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Knowledge of Gurugram and surrounding areas is an advantage.
