1. Business & Revenue Management

- Achieve annual business plan targets, surgical volumes, and revenue goals.

- Support preparation of the Annual Business Plan.

- Drive revenue through surgeries, empanelments (PMJAY, TPAs, ECHS), opticals, and other sources.

- Plan and execute demand generation activities to increase patient footfall.

2. Cost Management

- Implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor expenses.

- Analyse surgery, OPD, and procedure costs for optimum resource utilization.

- Monitor patient acquisition costs and improve efficiency.

3. HR & Administration

- Provide effective leadership and ensure policy implementation.

- Address employee grievances and conduct manpower planning.

- Coordinate training with Central HR and promote a positive work culture.

- Define transparent roles, monitor performance, and uphold organizational values.

4. COP Training

- Support manpower planning and candidate sourcing.

- Ensure training schedules, rosters, attendance, competency, and discipline are maintained and reported.

Quality

Management

- Monitor quality indicators, patient safety, infection control,



and surgical outcomes.

- Drive continuous quality improvement and enhance patient experience.

6. Compliance & Contracts

- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.

- Support accreditations and maintain contracts, AMC/CMC records, and legal documentation.

7. Finance & Inventory

- Ensure financial controls and cost efficiency.

- Maintain adequate inventory and proper utilization of consumables.

Community

Outreach & Projects

- Build relationships with local stakeholders, NGOs, and community groups.

- Plan outreach programmes and monitor project implementation to increase patient inflow.

9.

Facility

Management

- Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of hospital, vision centres, and guest houses.

- Ensure all medical and non-medical equipment are functional.

10. Reporting & Analysis

- Monitor key performance indicators, analyse deviations, and submit reports to senior management.
