We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Homestay Manager to oversee the daily operations of our homestay in Trivandrum.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a hotel, homestay, or serviced apartment
- Strong knowledge of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia, and MakeMyTrip
- Experience in managing reservations, rates, inventory, and channel managers
- Ability to maximize occupancy and revenue through effective OTA management
- Excellent guest communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping coordination, check-in/check-out procedures, and daily operations
- Positive computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
