Sales manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Executives.
- Generate Home Loan business through open market sourcing and multiple channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners (Builders, DSAs, etc.) to drive business and retention.
- Plan and execute sales activities and loan events in coordination with the Cluster
Head.
- Ensure maximum lead conversion and disbursement of sourced files.
- Provide in-house and on-field training to team members.
- Handle product queries, customer service issues, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor team performance to achieve revenue and regional business targets.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and legal guidelines.
- Undertake additional assignments as directed by management
