We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive with robust knowledge of the Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) process. Key Responsibilities: Handle the complete loan process from Login to Disbursement.

Have in-depth knowledge of Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) operations.

Possess knowledge of multiple Banks and NBFCs, their products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.

Understand and manage surrogate income programs and lending products.

Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, sales teams, and customers for smooth loan processing.





Ensure timely documentation, verification, and loan disbursement.

Maintain high accuracy while processing loan files and ensure compliance with lender requirements. Eligibility: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Home Loan/LAP Operations is mandatory. Freshers are not eligible to apply. Good knowledge of banking products, NBFC products, banking interest rates, and surrogate programs.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
