We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate should be clinically competent, patient-focused, and willing to travel to different patient locations to deliver professional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes.

- Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized nursing care plans.

- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, wound care, and other prescribed treatments.

- Monitor patients' vital signs and document observations accurately.

- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and preventive healthcare.

- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care.

- Maintain accurate patient records and submit reports on time.

- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and communicate any changes in patient condition.

- Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical nursing standards.

Qualifications

- B.Sc.



Nursing or GNM with a valid Nursing Council Registration.

- Minimum 1 year of clinical or home healthcare experience is preferred.

- Freshers with strong clinical skills may also apply.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.

- Own two-wheeler is an added advantage.

- Versatile to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
