The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Home Loan Executive to be a founding pillar of Housiey Reserves. This is not just a sales role; it is an opportunity to build and lead a current vertical, establishing Housiey as a leader in the home finance sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Vertical Leadership: Take ownership of the Housiey Reserves vertical by building and leading a high-performing home loan team.
- Strategic Partnerships: Network with and onboard leading Banks and NBFCs to ensure a wide range of financial products for our clients.
- End-to-End Processing: Manage the entire loan lifecycle—from initial lead engagement and documentation to final disbursal.
- Sales Execution:



Drive aggressive loan disbursal targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Customer Advisory: Act as a financial consultant to home buyers, helping them navigate interest rates, eligibility, and legal documentation.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: Proven track record in Home Loan Sales within the Real Estate sector (experience with DSA companies is highly preferred).
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of home loan products, banking policies, and the Bangalore real estate landscape.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, team management, and relationship-building skills.
- Drive: A "startup mindset"—proactive, adaptable, and hungry for growth.
