Responsible for effective conversion of walk-in, leads, reference customers. Follow up on leads, maintain the pipeline, and will make effort to generate current leads through liaising with freelance architects and designers. Be responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of in-house interior designers.

Following up with the clients for payments, delivery schedule, and updating the client of progress when necessary. Ensure that client requirements are captured, understood, translated, agreed and delivered in a manner that creates positive client perception. Creating daily reports of walk-ins, lead status, meetings, and sales conversion.

Prepare presentation, quotation, and proforma invoice as per given format. Liaising with execution team and giving regular updates on project status internally and to the customer. Responsible for maintaining the look and feel, cleanliness of the showroom.
