Roles and Responsibilities

- Operate HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) machines to produce high-quality parts with accuracy and efficiency.

- Read engineering drawings, understand part requirements, and program the machine accordingly using Mazatrol software.

- Conduct quality checks on machined parts to ensure they meet specifications and standards.

- Troubleshoot issues with machine operations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes, improve productivity, and reduce costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience operating HMC machines or similar CNC equipment.

- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization.

- Proficiency in HMC programming languages such as Mazatrol or equivalent.

- Solid understanding of mechanical principles and manufacturing techniques.
