? We're Hiring: Senior / Staff Java Full Stack Engineer (Java + React)

? Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) / Pune (Hybrid) / Remote, India

?‍? Experience: 5+ Years (Senior) | 8+ Years (Staff)

⚠️ Significant:

- This is a Java Full Stack role. Java is the primary backend technology and is mandatory.
- Candidates with Node.js/MERN as their primary backend experience will not be considered.
- Immediate joiners preferred (Maximum 20 days notice). We are unable to consider candidates with less than 5 years of total experience.
- The selection process may include a face-to-face interview in your city or a nearby location. Candidates unable to attend may not be considered.

? Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full stack applications using Java and React/TypeScript .
- Build and integrate scalable REST and GraphQL APIs for backend and frontend communication.
- Develop metadata-driven applications with intuitive, high-performance user interfaces.
- Build and enhance applications within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Architect secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise solutions.
- Drive platform modernization using React , Web Components , and modern UI frameworks.
- Implement engineering best practices for testing, CI/CD, code quality, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to technical design decisions.

✅ Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years (Senior) / 8+ years (Staff) of Full Stack development experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Java development experience (Mandatory).
- Strong experience with Core Java , Java Collections, Multithreading, Concurrency, JVM, and Performance Tuning.
- Experience developing backend applications using enterprise Java frameworks (Spring/Spring Boot preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of frontend development using ReactJS and TypeScript .



Angular experience is acceptable, but React is preferred.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and/or GraphQL .
- Experience designing and consuming APIs handling complex data structures.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software architecture and scalable application development.
- Experience leading or contributing to enterprise-scale Full Stack projects.
- Knowledge of Data & Analytics , Metadata Management , Data Cataloging , Data Governance , and Data Stewardship .
- Understanding of the Modern Data Stack .
