Job Summary

Puranchand Jain & Sons Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the Sales team in daily administrative and operational activities.

· Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

· Create presentations, sales MIS, and other sales-related documents.

· Coordinate with Managers and Sales Executives by providing market-related information and business updates.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales analysis reports.

· Track sales performance, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Maintain customer, distributor, and sales records in the ERP/CRM system.

Required Qualifications





· 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or MIS (FMCG experience preferred).

· Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts), PowerPoint, and MS Office.

· Experience with ERP/CRM software is preferred.

· Solid analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
