Aegan is Hiring: Project Manager Healthcare / IT Projects

Location: Chennai / Hyderabad

Shift: 3:00 PM 12:00 AM IST (Preference: 4:00 PM 1:00 AM IST aligned with U.S. EDT)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 30 Days

Experience: 9 to 20 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end project management from initiation to closure
- • Develop project charter, project plans, and work breakdown structures
- • Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets
- • Act as single point of accountability for project status and deliverables
- • Manage resource allocation, demand, and capacity planning
- • Track performance vs plan and address deviations proactively
- • Identify risks/issues early and implement mitigation strategies
- • Handle change management processes and approvals
- • Build strong stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams
- • Lead project meetings and provide status updates
- • Ensure effective communication and alignment with global stakeholders




- • Collaborate with PMO and solution teams for successful project execution
- • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned

Required Skills & Experience:
- 9 to 20 years of overall experience with minimum 8 years in end-to-end project delivery
- • Experience managing large/complex projects
- • PMP certification or equivalent preferred
- • Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies
- •Healthcare and Healthcare insurance domain Experience is mandatory
- • Robust risk management and problem-solving skills
- • Ability to work independently and take ownership
- • Excellent planning, organisational, and multitasking skills
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- • Understanding of CRM concepts preferred
