Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Engineering Services Specialist role focused on Primavera P6, based in Bengaluru South. The role involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Primavera P6 project schedules for engineering and infrastructure projects, ensuring accurate baselines, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

The specialist will collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, update schedules, analyze variances, and prepare periodic reports.

Responsibilities include supporting project controls, validating data integrity, coordinating risk and change management inputs in Primavera,



and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and client expectations. The role also requires contributing to continuous improvement of project management processes and providing guidance or training to team members on Primavera P6 usage.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and schedule development, monitoring, and reporting.
- Engineering and technical background, preferably in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines, with exposure to Engineering Management practices.
- Well-developed analytical skills for interpreting project data, identifying risks and deviations, and supporting decision-making.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting schedule updates, and documenting processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or related field) or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project planning, engineering services, or project controls using Primavera P6.
- Familiarity with EPC or infrastructure projects, budgeting, resource planning, and basic contract or commercial awareness.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru South, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.
