About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic MBA Fresher to join our Strategic Alliance department . This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about relationship management, business strategy, and corporate communication. The selected candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, support strategic initiatives, and represent the organization in professional meetings and business interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support business partnerships and strategic initiatives.
- Participate in client meetings, business discussions, and presentations.
- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and other business documents.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry research to identify growth opportunities.




- Support the planning and execution of strategic projects and partnership initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business objectives.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and business partners.
- Represent the organization professionally during meetings, events, and business interactions.
- Perform other strategic and business coordination activities as assigned.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- MBA (Marketing) Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Engineering background (B.E./B.Tech.) preferred.- Graduation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, presentable, and qualified personality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic technical understanding with the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint,Word).
