Key Responsibilities

- Define hiring requirements and create job descriptions.
- Partner with recruiters to source qualified candidates.
- Review resumes and shortlist applicants.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Make hiring decisions and provide timely feedback.
- Coordinate with HR on offers, onboarding, and hiring documentation.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree.
