We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) with deep expertise in Pega Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Know Your Customer (KYC). The ideal candidate should have extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale CLM/KYC solutions in the banking and financial services domain. The candidate will lead solution architecture, mentor development teams, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality Pega applications.
Mandatory Skills:
- 10+ years of Pega development experience.

- Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Pega CLM/KYC solutions.
- Design scalable and reusable enterprise applications following Pega best practices.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams.
- Customize and extend OOTB CLM/KYC framework components.
- Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and application design.
- Review code, enforce development standards, and mentor developers.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Lead architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
