Description: We are currently seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team, you will be responsible for assisting passengers and ensuring a smooth and efficient airport experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist passengers at check-in,

security, and boarding gates - Handle and tag baggage, ensuring accurate routing and loading onto the correct flights - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays,



and other inquiries - Conduct safety and security checks on passengers and their baggage - Assist with boarding procedures and ensure timely departure of flights - Handle any customer service issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Collaborate with other ground staff and airline personnel to ensure efficient operations - Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety regulations

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required.
