Hiring for Medical Coders | Up to 20 LPA

We are looking for experienced Medical Coders to join our growing team!

Open Specializations:

- Inpatient Coding
- DRG Validation Specialist
- DRG Validation QA
- Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI)
- Nursing Denials

Experience Required:

- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience (role-specific requirements apply)

Salary:

- Up to 20 LPA (based on experience and expertise)

Preferred Qualifications Nursing Denials
- B.Sc. Nursing
- M.Sc. Nursing
- BDS
- BHMS
- MBBS
- MD

CDI Profile Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of clinical hospital experience (ICU/ED preferred)
- 2–3 years of practical experience in any of the following:

CDI

- IPDRG Coding

- DRG Validation

Preferred Educational Qualifications for CDI:

- MBBS
- Nursing
- BHMS
