About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure seamless operational delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing programs while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end program execution, ensuring timely delivery of key business initiatives.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Content, Business, and Customer Success.

- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.

- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings, track action items, and drive project progress.

- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation plans.

- Monitor program performance through dashboards, reports, and data analysis.

- Prepare and present periodic updates to leadership teams.

- Ensure process adherence, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across programs.

- Drive communication and alignment among internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.

- 2?6 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, or Business Excellence.

- Strong project planning and execution capabilities.





- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing cross-functional projects.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data reporting and insights generation.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello or similar platforms.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.

- Experience in EdTech, Healthcare, Technology, Consulting, or Operations-driven organizations.
