We are hiring for a Ground Operations Executive role for our client, an airline / airport ground handling company.

- Coordinate day-to-day ground operations including check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
- Ensure on-time flight departures through effective coordination with airline and airport teams
- Handle passenger queries, special assistance requests, and irregular operations
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety and security regulations (DGCA/BCAS)
- Liaise with airline crew, ATC, and ground handling staff for smooth turnarounds
- Prepare and maintain operational documentation and flight reports
- Respond promptly to operational disruptions and irregularities

- Valuable understanding of airport ground operations and airline procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills




- Ability to work in rotational shifts including nights and weekends
- Basic knowledge of DGCA/BCAS safety and security regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills under time pressure
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanor

- Prior experience in airline/airport ground handling
- IATA/aviation certification
- Multilingual communication skills
