Sales Executive - Software Sales
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell software solutions to businesses and customers over calls, emails, and online meetings. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, product pitching, and closing sales while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales opportunities
- Promote software products/services such as ERP, CRM, Antivirus, Cloud, SaaS, Cybersecurity, or IT solutions
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable software solutions
- Explain product features, pricing, licensing, and subscription plans
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Schedule product demos or meetings for the sales team
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets




- Coordinate with technical and support teams for customer queries

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of software/IT products
- Good sales and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of MS Office, Email communication, and CRM tools

Qualification
Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills. Sales background preferred.
Experience
1 to 6 years of experience in Telesales, IT sales, software sales, or telemarketing.
