- Experience supporting Model N Revenue Management, Model N Flex, Rebate Management, Pricing, Channel Management, or related modules.
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical/life sciences commercial processes, pricing, contracting, rebates, and revenue management.
- Experience with SQL queries, data analysis, data reconciliation, and troubleshooting integration issues.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics platforms connected to Model N.
