Role & responsibilities :-

Billing & Certification

- Client & Subcontractor Billing: Prepare and verify Running Account (RA) bills, work orders, and final bills based on site measurements and project progress.
- Rate Analysis: Identify and process claims for extra items, deviations, and escalation costs.
- Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Create and update BOQs by taking accurate measurements and quantity take-offs from structural and architectural drawings.

Cost Control & Reconciliation

- Material Reconciliation: Monitor the theoretical consumption of primary materials (cement, steel/BBS, etc.) against actual usage to track waste and recover excess costs.
- Budget Monitoring: Maintain tight cost control by comparing actual project expenses to projected budgets.
- Cash Flow Management: Track financial progress, prepare cash flow forecasts, and assist the finance team in auditing payment receipts.

Coordination & Reporting

- Cross-functional Collaboration:



Work closely with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and planning teams to align physical and financial progress.
- Reporting: Generate regular Management Information Systems (MIS) reports detailing billing status, material status, and productivity analysis.

Preferred candidate profile :-

- Education: Bachelors degree in civil engineering or architecture.
- Experience: Typically 5 to 12+ years in quantity surveying, billing, and cost control, specifically within high-rise or large residential/commercial projects. and Mivan Experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and construction/accounting ERP software.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of contractual conditions, RERA guidelines, and construction standards (e.g., IS 1200).
