About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate HR Recruiter Interns who are interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining status.




- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in job posting and employer branding activities.
- Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Eligibility Criteria

- Pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR) Preferably 2026 Batch.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and online job portals is an added advantage.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in recruitment.
