Exp - 0 to 2 yrs(Freshers are welcome)

Salary (Not negotiable):

Freshers - 18k take home per month

Experienced - 22k take home per month

Walk in date: 6-July-2026

Walk in time - 11am to 3pm

Job responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer queries through a mix of voice calls, chat, and email (Semi-Voice).
- Assist customers who have expressed interest in our products/services, guide them through the buying process, and maximize upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately update customer records and log interaction details in the CRM database.
