Position: EM IP OP Trainer
Locations: Chennai & Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Eligibility:
- 4+ years of experience in EM IP OP Medical Coding
- Currently Working as Coder / QCA in EM IP OP Coding
- Willing to work as a Trainer
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
- Relevant coding certification preferred (CPC, CCS, COC, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process trainings for coding specialists for quality improvement based on error findings.
- To create presentations, develops learning material, handbook, and other required training materials.
- Floor support to coders during transitions to ensure quality standard maintenance during ramp-up period.
- Participate in client calls, meeting, and KT sessions as per requirement
