The Opportunity
We are looking for a Head - Information Technology who is currently operating just below the CTO level in a HealthTech, SaaS or Enterprise Software company.
This role is ideal for a high-performing professional who has the capability to become a CTO but has not yet received that opportunity. At ViFin, you will work directly with the leadership team to shape the technology roadmap and execute our vision for Checspro.ai.
This is not just another management role - it is an opportunity to build, innovate, and grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the existing software development and technology teams.
- Own end-to-end product delivery for Checspro.ai.
- Translate business vision into scalable technology solutions.
- Define and execute the product technology roadmap.
- Drive AI and automation initiatives across the platform.
- Improve software architecture, security, scalability, and performance.
- Ensure timely delivery of product releases with high quality standards.
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and DevOps processes.
- Work closely with product, operations, customer success,



and business teams.
- Build a high-performance engineering culture focused on ownership and execution.
- Participate in strategic technology decisions and future product innovations.

Desired Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in software engineering and product development.
- Currently leading engineering teams in a SaaS, HealthTech or Enterprise Technology company.
- Solid experience managing development teams and delivering commercial software products.
- Hands-on understanding of modern application architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, databases, AI integrations, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with technologies such as Laravel/PHP, Python, JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A builder's mindset with the ability to execute in a fast-growing startup environment.
