- Bachelor's degree with valuable experience in Commercial Lending/Syndicated lending domain.
- Product Strategy & Functional Analysis - Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex loan structures, GL behavior, interest/fee events, and cash-flow processing within Loan IQ.
- Owned product vision, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategy, OKRs, and customer outcomes.
- Prioritized features and managed the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Partnered with business, operations, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Leveraged deep expertise in lending lifecycle workflows, including origination, underwriting, servicing, and decisioning processes.
- Delivered seamless integrations with core banking systems and enterprise applications to enable scalable and efficient operations, led data management and data transformation initiatives, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Designed and optimized end-to-end data flows to improve data quality, governance, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborated with engineering and architecture teams to define product capabilities, APIs, and data integration strategies.

- Loan IQ and Commercial Lending experience
- Lead meetings with senior management, allocate project work, and act as a mentor/coach to mid-level analysts and developers.
- Oversee defect management, provide solutions for production issues, and define functional acceptance criteria.
- Working knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including waterfall and agile methodologies




- Deep understanding of investment banking and wholesale lending operations, including bilateral and syndicated loan lifecycles.
- Experience as a BA with expertise in BRD, FSD, and FRD documentation.
- Demonstrated experience with implementations of commercial lending applications such as Loan IQ, etc.
- Identify stakeholders and key organizations in order to build and manage relationships with each.
- Direct the creation of multiple work projects and manage their alignment to business goals. Lead the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional macro level topics within/across projects and with Senior Management.
- Lead the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established projects of work.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure project scope definition meets business objectives.
- Work with Project Sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives. Drive adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery and leverage across the project.
- Assist project team in negotiating for resources owned by other departments in order ensure the project can be completed.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Agency Syndications & Loan Trading business in a front office, Operations, or Business Systems Consulting role.
- Sound knowledge and background of Syndication Loan Origination and Servicing activities
- Experience working in Agile methodology with ability to elicit requirements, user stories, document processes and create test cases.
- Experience with Testing and Defect Tracking software, such as ALM or JIRA.
- Experience in attending Scrum ceremonies like Daily Scrum, Sprint planning, Sprint retrospective meetings.
- knowledge of the Loan IQ and demonstrated Loan IQ (vendor) data model knowledge and application experience.
- SQL skills.
- Demonstrated thought leadership and have experience engaging with senior leaders and managers.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
