Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, develop, and maintain scalable, highperformance digital applications using contemporary frontend and backend technologies. The associate will work across the full development lifecycle, contributing to frontend experiences, backend services, API integrations, and cloudnative deployments, while adhering to engineering and coding best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop responsive web applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Develop and maintain backend services using NodeJS and NestJS
- Build secure, scalable, and reusable RESTful APIs
- Work on microservicesbased architecture
- Follow clean coding, performance optimization, and security best practices
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and design decisions
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, UX designers, QA, and DevOps teams
- Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
- Take endtoend ownership of features from development to production support





Technical Skills Mandatory

Frontend Technologies

- ReactJS (Hooks, Context API, Performance Optimization)
- TypeScript
- Angular / AngularJS (working knowledge for legacy applications)
- HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Design

Backend Technologies

- NodeJS
- NestJS (Controllers, Modules, Providers, DTOs, Dependency Injection)
- REST API design and integration

Cloud & DevOps

- Azure DevOps (CI/CD Pipelines)
- Exposure to AWS services (EC2, Lambda, ECS/Fargate – preferred)
- Docker & Kubernetes (working knowledge)
- Microservices architecture

Engineering & Coding Expectations

- Write clean, readable, maintainable, and wellstructured code
- Apply up-to-date development practices with focus on performance, scalability, and security
- Proactively refactor and improve existing codebases
- Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for deliverables
- Balance technical design with usability and developer experience
