Work Location - Chennai
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage cross-functional IT operations projects, ensuring the successful delivery of
project outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria,
ensuring a clear understanding of project goals.
Communicate effectively (verbal and written) and clearly within the team and with all the
stakeholders

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, milestones, resources, and
dependencies, and regularly communicate project status to relevant stakeholders.
Apply Agile principles and practices to project management, including facilitating daily stand-ups,
sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Utilize ITIL best practices to design, implement, and optimize IT service management processes,
ensuring efficient incident management, problem resolution, change management, and service
delivery.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively seeking solutions to minimize disruptions
and delays.
Drive contenhancement andnt initiatives by analyzing project performance metrics, identifying
areas for enhancement, and implementing process optimizations.
Ensure effective communication and alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders,
and Practice heads, providing clear updates on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.




Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve the overall efficiency and
effectiveness of the onsite-offshore support model.
Required Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT Operation support project management
Good knowledge on ITIL process (Incident, Problem and change management)
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications) is highly desirable.
Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and experience leading Agile
projects from initiation to successful completion.

Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices, with the ability to apply ITIL principles
to improve IT service management processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with
technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience with project management ITSM tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Service Now, Microsoft
Project) to plan, execute, and track project progress.
Demonstrated ability to identify and address project risks, ensuring successful risk mitigation and
issue resolution.
Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a
fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Robust leadership and team management skills, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration,
and continuous improvement.
