Role & responsibilities
- Drive store sales by achieving monthly and annual revenue targets while ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management, and housekeeping.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to improve productivity, customer engagement, and overall performance.
- Ensure proper stock management by monitoring inventory levels, minimizing stock loss, and coordinating replenishment with the warehouse.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, billing procedures, cash management, and audit requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports while coordinating with Regional/HO teams for smooth store operations.
