1. Responsible for generating leads, maintaining and updating the database of discharged patients in coordination with Apollo Hospitals, meeting them in person, and ensuring effective lead conversion.
2. Responsible for admissions/enrolments of patients for home healthcare services.
3. Attend to patient enquiries and provide appropriate counselling regarding services.
4. Handle customer/patient queries related to admissions and ongoing services, ensuring timely resolution.
5. Maintain cordial and professional relationships with patients attendants and family members, ensuring strong public relations.
6. Coordinate with the nursing team and operations department to ensure smooth and productive service delivery.
7. Participate in BTL (Below The Line) activities wherever required and perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
Profile Description:
1. Postgraduate (PG) in MBA.
2. Proficiency in English and Tamil is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
3. Candidates with an undergraduate degree in a medical-related background will have an added advantage.
