Job Title: Senior RPA Developer (Uipath)

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Guindy, Chennai

Roles & responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath, ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Document Understanding for end-to-end automation delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and define optimal RPA solutions.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows, reusable components, and BOT frameworks while following coding standards and best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate to support enterprise workflow and business process automation initiatives.
- Monitor, troubleshoot,



and optimize BOT performance in production environments, including exception handling, logging, and operational support.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions, technical documentation, code reviews, and implementation of secure and scalable automation frameworks.
- Experience with Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism will be considered an added advantage for supporting multi-platform automation environments.
- UiPath certification is preferred, with strong knowledge of RPA lifecycle management, SDLC practices, and enterprise automation governance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, clients, and technical teams in a professional corporate workplace.
