Title : Manager Quality
Job Description :
- Plan, organize & implement site Quality plan according to project requirements, specifications/standards
- To conduct audit at site and corporate office for Quality and process.
- Ensure that all the test equipments at site are calibrated & have validity • Development of “TYPICAL QA/QC LABABORATORY EQUIPMENT SET-UP” for Solar Power plant.
- Preparation & implementation of MQP / QAP for vendor product inspection
- Verification of IEC/ BIS certifications & Standards from vendors
- Implementation of ISO documentation and performing internal audits.
- Coordinate IPQC & Factory Acceptance test in vendor premises for all incoming materials and bought out items • Monitoring the site walk inspection by QC engineer in site on daily basis
- Preparation of quality checks formats & process flow.
- To address all site level quality issues.
- Testing and commissioning of plant
- Ensure conducting of monthly review meetings and monitor closure of points mentioned in the minutes of meeting.
- Manage Men and Material
