Technical Skills:-

1. Minimum 3 6 End-End-To Implementations in EC and Time off

2. Hands on experience in EC with Benefits

3. Hands on experience in MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows

4. Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes

5. Experience in SuccessFactors Integration with SAP for Payroll and Benefits

6. Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development

7. Understanding of Time Off rules, configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets

8. Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management

9. Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.

10. Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas.

11. Knowledge on other modules is an added advantage

12. Experience in SuccessFactors Integration Center

13. Excellent experience in running Advanced and ad-hoc reports based on the requirements

Good-to-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

1. Knowledge in intelligent Services

2. Experience in other modules including Core HR, Time and Attendance etc. is an added advantage.

Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements and support in presales

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :-

- Candidate should have implementation experience in Recruiting - Recruiter and Candidate Experience, Onboarding.
- Candidate should have positive hands on experience in People Analytics
- Candidate should have Minimum 1 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation experience
- Candidate should have experience in support
- Candidate should have good understanding of Recruiting and Onboarding Life Cycle Management processes in global organization
- Candidate should have experience in requirement gathering, preparation of business blueprint, conducting fit-gap analysis and configuration
- Candidate should have valid SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding certification.
- Candidate must have very good communication and presentation skills, including good command over English language, both spoken and written.
- Preferred experience in new project scope preparation and project proposals
