Designation: Fundraising & Corporate CSR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, approach, and acquire new donors through face-to-face fundraising, corporate outreach, events, and multi-channel engagement activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual fundraising targets.
- Visit corporate organizations to present the hospital's healthcare initiatives, charitable programs, and community outreach activities, with the objective of securing CSR partnerships and financial support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate CSR teams, business leaders, philanthropists, NGOs, and individual donors to generate sustainable funding opportunities.
- Represent the hospital at corporate meetings, networking events, CSR forums, exhibitions, and awareness programs to promote the hospital's mission and fundraising initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver qualified presentations, proposals, and funding requests aligned with corporate CSR objectives and statutory CSR requirements.
- Develop and manage long-term donor relationships through regular communication, stewardship,



and engagement activities to improve donor retention and recurring contributions.
- Maintain an accurate donor and corporate database, track contribution history, monitor donor engagement, and follow up with lapsed or pending donors.
- Coordinate donor and corporate visits to the hospital, showcasing healthcare services, patient welfare initiatives, and CSR-supported projects.
- Prepare daily visit reports, fundraising activity reports, CSR pipeline updates, and donor engagement reports for management review.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Finance, and Hospital Administration teams for CSR documentation, fund utilization reports, acknowledgements, and impact reports.
- Ensure compliance with CSR regulations, donor commitments, organizational policies, and ethical fundraising practices.
- Support fundraising campaigns, community outreach programs, health camps, and special events to enhance donor engagement and achieve organizational fundraising goals.
