We are looking for a responsible and experienced IT person who can take complete ownership of our internal IT setup, employee devices, software installations, access control, device security, and basic compliance requirements. This role is not just basic troubleshooting. We need someone who can manage IT properly, keep systems organized, document everything, and make sure our devices, tools, and access are handled safely.

Role & responsibilities

- Laptop and desktop setup for employees
- Installing and managing software, tools, antivirus, and system updates
- Managing employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT side
- Taking care of Google Workspace, email access, passwords, and user permissions
- Maintaining device inventory, asset records, and access logs
- Basic network, printer, router, CCTV, and office IT troubleshooting
- Ensuring devices are secure, updated, and compliant




- Coordinating with vendors when needed
- Preparing simple IT reports and maintaining proper documentation
- Supporting the team whenever IT-related issues come up

We prefer someone who is practical, quick, responsible, and serious about ownership. The person should be able to work independently without needing repeated follow-ups.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Good knowledge of Windows and Mac systems
2. Experience handling office IT support
3. Basic networking knowledge
4. Understanding of device security, backups, access control, and compliance
5. Valuable communication and documentation skills
6. Should be reliable, organized, and accountable.
