Manager / Team Lead for AR & Data

Seeking a Manager/Team Lead for Accounts Receivable (AR) in medical billing to oversee claim follow-ups, ensure timely collections, and reduce outstanding balances. The role involves leading a team, monitoring AR KPIs, resolving billing issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve cash flow and revenue cycle performance.

Seeking a Manager/Team Lead for Data in medical billing to oversee Payment Posting & Charge Entry. The role involves leading a team, monitoring data quality metrics, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with stakeholders to support accurate and efficient revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead DATA & AR operations with a focus on hospital and physician billing
- Manage claims follow-up, collections, and denial management to ensure optimal AR performance
- Analyze denial trends, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Own AR data reporting prepare, validate, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of operational and management reports
- Develop, maintain, and enhance SOPs for data reporting and AR workflows
- Collaborate with billing, coding, QA, and payer teams to resolve data discrepancies and AR issues
- Track KPIs, productivity, aging,



and SLA adherence across AR portfolios

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 8+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM DATA & AR
- Must already have prior experience in a leadership role.
- Must have solid work knowledge in end to end RCM
- Strong hands-on experience in AR follow-up, denial resolution, billing, and collections.
- Must be ready to handle projects.
- Excellent understanding of US healthcare billing workflows, payer policies, and reimbursement methodologies
- Expertise in hospital and physician billing
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (reporting, dashboards, analysis)
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Medicare, Medicaid, HMO/PPO, Commercial & W/C billing
- Experience supporting multi-specialty or multi-state healthcare providers
- Knowledge of medical terminology and billing regulations preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
