Role & responsibilities

Wereseeking a quality engineer who is exceptionally organized, methodical professional, with the experience necessary to take our products to the next level with respect to accuracy, security, and safety. He/she will be charged with developing a complete QA program that not only safeguards the quality of our products, but also fosters a “quality culture,” in which all employees become actively engaged in guaranteeing quality in both production and the finished product.

Job responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data; and making recommendations
- Assistoperations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs
- Brainstorms ideas to create solutions foridentifiedproblems
- Analyse and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closurein accordance withcompany guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Monitor risk-management procedures,



andmaintainand analyse problem logs toidentifyand report recurring issues in product development
- Provide training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
- Ensures products adhere to company and industry quality standards

Whatyou’llbring:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Scienceor similar field or equivalent work experience.
- Positive knowledge of functional testing techniques
- 5+ years ofprofessionalexperiencein ensuring quality ofweb/mobileapplicationsutilizingmodern development tools,frameworks,and bestpractices.
- Excellentproficiencyin automation testing with solid knowledge of tools like Playwright/Cypress etc.
- Ability to perform automated API/security testing.
- Sound knowledge of database and query languages
- Strong problem solving and analyticalskills.
- Good knowledge ofJIRAincludingtest case management,execution, defect logging,monitoringetc.

Preferred qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructures like AWS, Azure,Dockeretc.
- Understanding and familiarity of Agile/Scrummethodology
- Knowledge in various CI/CD tools and methodologieslike Jenkins
