Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and agile Learning & Development (L&D;) Specialist with expertise in Soft Skills Training, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Digital Learning, and AI-powered content development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning programs that enhance employee performance, leadership capabilities, communication skills, and overall organizational effectiveness.

The candidate should possess strong facilitation skills, hands-on experience with LMS platforms, proficiency in creating learning materials and multimedia content, and the ability to leverage AI tools for modern learning experiences. Fluency in English,



Tamil, and Hindi is mandatory. The candidate must be able to facilitate training sessions, workshops, coaching sessions, and stakeholder interactions confidently in all three languages.

A passionate learning professional who can train, coach, create learning content, design impactful presentations, develop training videos, manage LMS platforms, and leverage AI tools to build modern learning experiences. The candidate should be capable of independently creating end-to-end learning solutions and driving a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and learning requirements across business functions.
- Design and deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
- Strong experience in designing and delivering training programs on Business Communication, Presentation Skills, Customer Service Excellence, Leadership Development, Team Collaboration, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Resolution, Time Management, Workplace Etiquette, Stakeholder Management, Professional Effectiveness and Domain Training.
- Develop competency-building and capability-development programs for employees and managers.
- Drive onboarding, induction,



and continuous learning initiatives.
- Coach and mentor employees to improve communication, behavioral, and leadership skills.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Organizational Development, or Talent Development.
- Proven experience in soft skills training, employee development programs, instructional design, content development, and training delivery.
- Hands-on experience managing LMS platforms, digital learning ecosystems, and blended learning programs.
- Certification in Learning & Development, Training & Facilitation, Instructional Design, Coaching, or Organizational Development is preferred.
- Experience working in SaaS, Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, BPO, or other corporate environments.
- Exposure to competency frameworks, leadership development programs, talent management initiatives, and organizational capability building.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled learning solutions, digital learning tools, and learning transformation initiatives.
