Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of agency management experience, preferably in collections and recovery.
- Must have experience in tele-calling agency management.
- Strong knowledge of NCL collections, rural lending, and group products like SG loans.
- Proficiency in Tamil & Telugu OR Kannada.
- Educational qualification: Any UG degree.
- Age limit: Up to 36 years only.
- Job Responsibilities
- Manage external tele-calling agencies with team leads and vendor proprietors to achieve BAU targets.
- Lead and coordinate with off-role telecalling staff for recovery.
- Collaborate between off-role and branch teams for smooth functioning.
- Achieve recovery targets consistently.
- Handle agency empanelment as required.
- Visit delinquent 90+ customers if necessary and oversee settlement, repossession, and police station visits.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and monitor collections processes including branch cash reconciliations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Business & Financial Management: Improve collections and legal recovery; deliver targets set by Collections Head.
- Customer Focus: Build strong customer relationships and oversee complaint resolution.
- Team Management: Coordinate with outsourced agencies and appoint current ones when required.
- Process & Quality Improvement: Ensure compliance and adherence to management models.
