Role Summary:Work as a senior functional IC delivering Workday Financials solutions, focusing on configuration, reporting, and finance process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and maintain Workday Financial modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Procurement / Expenses
- Fixed Assets

- Translate finance business requirements into system configurations
- Design and maintain:

- Chart of Accounts
- Financial business objects and structures

- Develop financial reports and dashboards
- Support period close,



reconciliation, and audit processes
- Perform data migration, validation, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with:

- HCM teams (for payroll/accounting linkage)
- Integration teams

- Troubleshoot system issues and support enhancements
- Participate in client workshops as SME contributor (not owner)

Required Skills:

- Solid accounting knowledge (R2R, P2P, O2C)
- Hands-on Workday Financials configuration experience
- Expertise in:
- Financial reporting
- Business asset model

- Ability to independently handle complex functional scenarios
- Understanding of compliance and audit requirements

Qualifications:

- 6+ years in Finance/ERP systems
- Experience with Workday Financials implementations/support
- CA / MBA Finance (preferred but not mandatory)
- Workday Financials certification is a plus
