Working days : 6 days a week ( MON to FRI 09:30 AM TO 07:00 PM & SAT 09:30 AM TO 01:30 PM)

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Domestic IT Recruiters with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates through various job portals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions in Contract-to-Hire and Permanent roles.

Source candidates using job portals like Naukri, Monster, and other platforms

Perform strong Boolean search and sourcing techniques

Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates

Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers





Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements

Experience in team and client handling

Required Skills:

Strong experience in sourcing through job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.)

Good understanding of C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and permanent hiring

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously

Robust negotiation and closing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Education qualification any degree

Prior experience in domestic IT recruitment

Immediate joiners or short notice period candidates preferred
