Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect enterprise network solutions for Data Center and Hybrid Cloud environments.

Lead network transformation, migration, optimization, and modernization initiatives.

Provide L3/L4 support and act as an escalation point for critical customer issues.

Design and support LAN, WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, Internet Edge, and Data Center networks.

Drive high-availability, disaster recovery, and network security initiatives.

Conduct architecture reviews, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with customers, engineering teams, and cloud architects on complex projects.

Create HLDs, LLDs, implementation plans, and operational documentation.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS, MPLS, VRF, QoS, and Routing & Switching.

Hands-on experience with Data Center Networking, Spine-Leaf, VXLAN, EVPN, and DCI.

Experience supporting large-scale enterprise and managed services environments.

Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.





Exposure to Hybrid Cloud networking and network security technologies.

Experience with network automation tools and scripting is an advantage."

The Load Balancing Engineer must possess very strong troubleshooting skills as well as a strong TCP understanding as it pertains to packet inspection and TCP flow in the Network and Application flows.

The Load Balancing Engineer must have a very good understanding of DNS functionality and concepts as it relates to IPv4 and IPv6.

Deep understanding of network protocols (Routing / Switching)

Design and implement Load balancing rules using industry best practices.

Communicate network architecture designs clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical decision makers

Perform security hardening of network systems.

Develop or contribute to technical documentation including Low Level design documentation, Technical Implementation document, deployment/build plans, and test plans.

Deploy designed solution within a testing setting to verify compliance with security and functional requirements."
