Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer with expertise in Salesforce development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, modern web technologies, and Agile development practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud platform.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools.
- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation processes.
- Build responsive user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Integrate Salesforce applications with third-party systems using APIs and web services.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Manage source code using GitHub and support CI/CD implementation.
- Write unit tests and ensure high code coverage and application quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams,



and developers to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (Mandatory).
- Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex Development, and Salesforce configuration.
- Mandatory experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Experience using GitHub for version control (Mandatory).
- Good understanding of CI/CD practices.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of JEST testing framework is an added advantage.
- Experience with unit testing, static code analysis, and automated integration testing.
- Good understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 4 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce Commerce solutions.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced Agile environment.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates with CI/CD, DevOps, and testing experience will be preferred.
