Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Source, interview, and hire internal talent (Recruiters, Account
Managers, Sales) to support our India expansion.
Onboarding & Operations: Issue offer letters, manage background verifications, and
create a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Payroll & Compliance: Execute monthly payroll and ensure strict adherence to Indian
statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS).
HR Policies:



Draft and implement foundational company policies and employee
handbooks.
Offboarding: Handle exit interviews, documentation, and Full & Final (F&F;) settlements.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 3+ years as an HR Generalist, ideally within a staffing firm or a fast-growing
organization.
Compliance Expert: Robust, hands-on knowledge of Indian labor laws and payroll
processing.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HRMS platforms (Keka, Zoho, GreytHR) and job portals
(Naukri, LinkedIn).
Mindset: A proactive self-starter who thrives with autonomy and wants to build an HR
department from scratch.
