Role & responsibilities

The Principal will provide strategic and academic leadership to the school, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, student development, and overall school operations. The role involves implementing curriculum standards, leading faculty, maintaining compliance with board regulations, driving admissions and parent engagement, managing staff performance, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing learning setting. The Principal will work closely with the management to achieve the school's academic and organizational goals.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15-20 years of overall experience in the education sector.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Principal in a reputed CBSE school with a student strength of 1,000 to 2000+.
- Proven academic, administrative, and institutional leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive academic excellence, operational efficiency, and overall school growth.
