Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Lightning development, Apex, integrations, and Experience Builder, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) applications.
- Build and customize customer, partner, and employee portals using Experience Builder.
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and Flows.
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations with external systems.
- Implement secure authentication mechanisms, including Single Sign-On (SSO), OAuth, and Salesforce security best practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills





- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) experience.
- Robust expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Aura Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Visualforce.
- Experience with Experience Builder and Community Builder.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Roles.
- Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Named Credentials.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
- Familiarity with Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CMS and Digital Experiences.
- Experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity).
- Exposure to MuleSoft or other middleware integration platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
