Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with around 2.5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the diagnostics/healthcare industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime, accounting operations, billing support, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. Experience in handling diagnostic center transactions, vendor bills, patient billing reconciliation, and healthcare-related accounting will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.

Record and reconcile patient collections, corporate billing, doctor/referral payouts, and diagnostic revenue.

Handle vendor invoices related to lab consumables, equipment maintenance, rentals, and other healthcare expenses.

Manage cash and bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliation.

Monitor receivables from patients, corporates, hospitals,



and insurance/TPA partners.

Prepare GST/TDS entries and assist with statutory compliance and monthly filings.

Reconcile customer, vendor, bank, and internal branch accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Generate accounting and MIS reports including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, receivable ageing, and branch-wise expense reports.

Maintain accounting records, invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents for audit.

Support monthly closing, audit requirements, and management reporting for finance operations.

Required Skills

2 to 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in diagnostics/healthcare

Strong knowledge of Tally Prime

Basic GST and TDS knowledge

Good knowledge of MS Excel

Understanding of patient billing / healthcare revenue accounting

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple transactions

Positive communication and coordination skills

Preferred

Experience in a diagnostic center, hospital, or healthcare company

Exposure to branch-wise accounting and healthcare billing systems
